The Studentenwerk Paderborn (Student Services Paderborn) provides accommodation for 1123 students in Paderborn.

Students can live in our residences for six semesters. During this time, they get used to the university location, develop friendships, culturally integrate themselves and overcome any language difficulties. The development of social skills was one of the basic ideas when creating the student residences. Cultural integration and exchange between students from different semesters are in the focus of our competent accommodation administration staff. They carefully coordinate the occupation of the rooms and make an important contribution towards the constructive internationalisation of the University of Paderborn.
The rent for the accommodation is designed to cover costs. Students should be able to fully concentrate on their studies thanks to the support of the Studentenwerk. Individual needs are met through the differently structured living situations in the residences.
Accommodation applicants can apply directly for a room that corresponds with their wishes via a Wohnplatzantrag (room application).
