The new residence hall, Lofts im Zentrum (Downtown Lofts), providing accommodation for 99 residents. Because the residence hall is in a renovated building, the rooms have different sizes. The rooms may be rented to students of both public institutions of higher learning and private, accredited institutions. The price is based on the size of the apartment.
